By making a reservation<\/b>, guests of <\/span>“PIRIN GOLF VILLA RELAX” Guest House<\/b> confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These apply to all individuals using the services of the guest house in Razlog, regardless of which group member made the booking. The Terms and Conditions are available in a visible place in the house and on the website:<\/span> https:\/\/www.piringolfvilla.bg<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

The owner of the house and this website is: <\/span>PIRIN GOLF VILLA RELAX EOOD<\/b>, UIC 206580941, correspondence address: Bulgaria, Sofia, Lagera District, 55 Haidushka Polyana Street.<\/span><\/p>\n

Every user of this website is required to read and comply with the general terms for using the services and informational content provided. The creators, owners, and collaborators of the website bear no liability for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site. The information (textual and visual) published on the site may not be used without explicit written permission from the owners and\/or administrators. The website team is not responsible for damages caused by viruses to software, hardware, telecommunications equipment, or data loss resulting from the use of materials through the provided services.<\/span><\/p>\n

Terms and Conditions<\/b><\/h3>\n

  1. Check-in and Check-out Times<\/b>
    <\/b> Check-in after 15:00<\/span>
    <\/span> Check-out by 11:00<\/span>
    <\/span> Early check-in or late check-out is possible only by prior arrangement.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Minimum Stay and Prices<\/b>
    <\/b> “PIRIN GOLF VILLA RELAX” Guest House can be rented for no less than 2 nights. The complex reserves the right to change prices and minimum stay requirements during official and other holidays.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Reservations and Payments<\/b>
    <\/b> Guests owe at least 50% of the total amount for the booked nights within 3 days of reservation confirmation, payable via bank transfer. All listed prices include tourist tax and VAT.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Cancellation Policy<\/b>
    <\/b> In case of no-show without prior cancellation notice, the prepaid amount will be fully retained as a penalty.<\/span>
    <\/span> If the reservation is canceled at least 10 days before the check-in date, the paid amount can be used as a deposit for a future stay within 6 months (once).<\/span>
    <\/span> If canceled less than 10 days prior, 50% of the prepaid amount will be retained as a penalty, and the remainder will be used as a deposit for a future stay within 3 months (once).<\/span>
    <\/span> In case of early departure before the end of the reserved stay, the full amount is due.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Accommodation of Children<\/b>
    <\/b> Minors are accommodated only with an adult companion (parent, guardian, or custodian).<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Pets<\/b>
    <\/b> Pets are not allowed on the property.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Rental Policy<\/b>
    <\/b> The house is rented entirely and exclusively to one group.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Smoking<\/b>
    <\/b> Smoking is prohibited indoors. It is allowed in the yard and on the terraces. Waste must be disposed of in designated containers.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Video Surveillance and Security<\/b>
    <\/b> The property is equipped with a controlled access system \u2013 chip or electronic entry code.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Maximum Capacity and Number of Guests<\/b>
    <\/b> The number of accommodated persons (adults and children) during the stay must not exceed the number specified in the reservation, nor the maximum villa capacity \u2013 <\/span>10+2 people<\/b>.<\/span>
    <\/span> In case of exceeding the capacity, the reservation will be canceled and a penalty of 30% of the reservation amount will be due.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Registration and Personal Data<\/b>
    <\/b> Upon check-in, guests must present an identification document to be entered into the Unified Tourist Information System of the Ministry of Tourism.<\/span>
    <\/span> Consent to the collection and processing of personal data is granted by confirming the reservation. The data is used only for the purposes of the reservation and is protected in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679.<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. Public Order and Responsibility<\/b>
    <\/b> Guests are required to comply with the Regulation on Public Order in the Municipality of Razlog and all applicable legal provisions.<\/span>
    <\/span> In case of violations (e.g. loud noise after 22:00) and reported incidents resulting in sanctions by the police, the responsibility lies entirely with the person who made the reservation and the respective guests.<\/span><\/li>\n
  13. Prohibited Activities<\/b>
    <\/b> All illegal and immoral activities are strictly prohibited \u2013 including gambling, prostitution, drug use, fireworks, firearms, and others.<\/span><\/li>\n
  14. Responsibility for Children<\/b>
    <\/b> Parents, guardians, and custodians are fully responsible for the health, safety, and behavior of children during the stay.<\/span><\/li>\n
  15. Property Care<\/b>
    <\/b> All guests are required to preserve the property and use technical equipment as intended. In case of damages caused by action or inaction, responsibility lies entirely with the guests. All damages must be paid in full.<\/span><\/li>\n
  16. Hygiene and Departure<\/b>
    <\/b> Guests must use the sanitary facilities properly and not dispose of waste in toilets. Upon departure, the house must be left in the same condition as at check-in. Keys and access chips must be returned personally to the administrators.<\/span><\/li>\n
  17. Contact and Complaints<\/b>
    <\/b> If a problem arises, guests must promptly notify the owner or their representative. If no complaint is made during the stay, it is considered that guests were satisfied with the provided service.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
