The house has an area of 225 sq m and a yard of 750 sq m. The house is located at the end of the Pirin Golf complex with incredible views of the golf course. It has 5 bedrooms, a large living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms – 2 with a bathtub, a beautifully landscaped private garden and a play area and free WiFi. In the yard there is: barbecue, spa jacuzzi and sauna.

Вилата е много уютна, чиста и добре поддържана, с всички удобства, които човек може да си пожелае за един пълноценен уикенд. The place is immaculate, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well-equipped—everything and more that you could possibly need is right at your fingertips. From the fully stocked kitchen and modern amenities to the cozy common areas, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The surrounding mountain scenery is breathtaking, offering a peaceful and inspiring backdrop for both work and relaxation. What truly made the experience stand out was the owner’s outstanding hospitality.
